How does it all work?

RoboVis® detects the position, orientation and variant of a given part in front of the camera and passes this information to the robot to enable it to accurately pick the part up. RoboVis® also has the ability to issue the robot with the part the user has selected meaning that the robot can automatically work with the correct parameters.

Setup is straight forward using on-screen controls, to select the areas of the part which are of interest and also to define the areas around the part which need to be clear to avoid collisions. The settings are saved as you go and you have the ability to associate a digital picture of the part for easy graphical selection on changeover.
