Sales process We work closely with our customers to ensure the right solution is quoted at the right price. Often in the early stages we provide lighting & system evaluations & reports to support our quotation package. We enjoy the challenge of meeting a specification! Integration Once the vision hardware has been delivered the next stage is to configure, setup & install on the machine or line. This can be done at our premises or on site. Normally some preliminary setup & functionality tests are performed as the system comes together. Once we are able to cycle the machine the vision setup can be completed running tests on as many good & bad components as possible. Depending on the specification the sign-off takes place & we get the opportunity to train the customer on his system before it gets put into full production. As the system goes 'live' we appreciate that there may be a need for some process enhancement to take place as the system may need to react to unforseen product variations. We can offer a variety of different ways to support this from budgeting it into the system cost to remote support. Why not contact us with details of your application?
