With a simple user configureable set up the vicosys image output can display images, text, graphics statistics and more in the split screen mode.
Vicosys 3000 series
Vicosys 3000 series has two model varieties: 3000 version with 667MHz processor and 3100 version with 1.2GHz processor for more demanding applications. Both 3000 and 3100 are available with up to 8 USB or Firewire cameras attached for multiple camera inspection tasks.
Mix and match the cameras to suit your application, connect colour and monochrome cameras together to vicosys for maximum flexibility. Also have cameras of different resolutions connected at the same time to get the right images for your needs.
A built in monitor allows direct graphic output of your inspection with built in navigation keys on the right. The images can be tiled automatically on screen allowing 4 separate images to be viewed simultaneously. Vicosys 3000 has, as standard,19" rack mounting points for direct and simple installation into electrical racks. Here it is ideally placed to connect to other peices of automation via its 8 inputs and 8 outputs along with serial and ethernet connections.
Remeber Vicosys is not a PC, it does not run windows and is 100% virus free. It operates with no moving parts, i.e. hard disks & fans for maximum relaibility and runs directly off 24V DC.
